腔镜甲状腺手术径路的评价

甲状腺疾病是普外科常见病、多发病,好发于中青年女性,常需手术治疗。传统开放手术术后颈部留有永久性疤痕,影响美观。腔镜技术以其手术切口小、手术径路隐蔽等优点,满足了中青年女性患者对更高生活质量的要求。本文就国内外常见的腔镜下甲状腺手术的主要径路予以简要概述。

Evaluation on the Surgical Approach of Endoscope Thyroidectomy

Thyroid disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease of general surgery, especially in young and middle-aged females. However, traditional open operation causes a permanent scar in the front neck, which affects beauty. Endoscope technology is widely used in surgical approaches, with smaller and coverter operative incision, and meet the requirement of higher quality life of young and middle-aged females. This article reviewed the main and frequent approach of domestic and foreign endoscope thyroidectomy.
