| 摘 要： | ①目的探讨帕金森病的有效治疗方法。②方法采用立体定向手术对２２５例帕金森病病人进行２４６例次治疗，其中丘脑腹外侧核毁损术２２８例次，苍白球腹后外侧部毁损术１８例次。③结果术后显效２３６例次，有效６例次，无效４例次，有效率为９８％．④结论立体定向手术是帕金森病较好的治疗方法。

PATIENTS WITH PARKINSON DISEASE TREATED BY STEREOTACTIC OPERATION |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effective treatment for Parkinson disease. Methods 225 patients with Parkinson disease were operated for 246 times by way of stereotactic.The ventro lateral part of thalalmus were destroyed in 228 operations and the ventral posterior lateral part of the globus pallidus were destroyed in 18 opertions. Results Significant improvement of the patients condition were obtained in 236 operations, improvement in 6 operations, no effect in 4 operations. The effective rate was 98%. Conclusion The stereotactic operation is an effective method for treating Parkison disease. |
