中西医结合治疗陈旧性外伤性前房积血的临床观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗陈旧性外伤性前房积血的疗效。方法静滴20%甘露醇250ml，每日1次或2次，结膜下注射尿激酶3000U，隔日1次。服桃红四物汤加减，每日1次，7d为1疗程，一般治疗2个疗程，并与常规治疗组对照。结果治疗组治愈率95.5%，总有效率100%，对照组为50%和80%，差异有显著性(P＜0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗陈旧性外伤性前房积血较为有效。

Clinical observation on obsolete traumatic hyphema treated with traditonal Chinese and western medicine

Objective:To study the curative effect of obsolete traumatic hyphema treated with the traditional Chinese and western medicine.Method:250ml of 20% mannitol had been transfused once or twice a day;300 unit of urokinose had been injected beneath conjunctiva every two days;Chinese traditional medicine,decoction of four Chinese drugs had been taken once a day and seven days for a course of treatment,generally for two courses.It was compared with therapeutic group.Results:The curative rate in therapeutic group was 95.5%,and the effective rate was 100%; the curative rate in comparative group was 50%,and the effective rate was 80%.Compared to the comparative group,it was obviously different in the therapeutic group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Obsolete traumatic hyphema treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine is an effective method.
