免疫抑制酸性蛋白在鉴别系统性红斑狼疮感染中的价值

目的　研究免疫抑制酸性蛋白在鉴别系统性红斑狼疮感染中的价值。方法　观察免疫抑制酸性蛋白 (IAP)与系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)疾病活动性及感染的相关性。IAP采用单向免疫扩散法进行检测。结果　 48例SLE病人中共进行 60人次IAP的检测 ,阳性率 51 .7% ;其中活动期 47人次、非活动期 1 3人次 ,其血清IAP阳性率及平均值分别为 55 .3 %、546 .2ug/ml及 46 .1 % (51 3 .5g/ml) ,P >0 .0 5 ;合并感染组 32人次、非感染组 2 8人次 ,血清IAP阳性率及平均值分别为 84.3 % (670 .8ug/ml)及 1 4 .2 % (388.7ug/ml) ,P≤ 0 .0 1。结论　SLE病人体内IAP的升高与SLE疾病活动无关 ,与是否合并感染密切相关 ;通过对SLE病人进行IAP检测有助于活动性与感染的鉴别。

The Clinical Significance of Immunosuppressive Acidic Protein in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Objective To evaluate the significance of immunosuppressive acidic protein (IAP) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods In order to find out the correlation between IAP and SLE, the positive rate of IAP in patients with SLE were detected. The level of IAP was detected by single immunodiffusion. Results IAP was detected in 48 patients with SLE. In 60 person-time assays, the positive rate was 51.7% (31/60). The positive rate and serum level of IAP in the patients with infection (84.3%, 670.8ug/ml) were significant higher than in patients without infection (14.2%, 338.7ug/ml)(P<0.01). There were no significant difference between active SLE patients (55.3%, 546.2ug/ml) and inactive SLE patients (46.1%, 513.5ug/ml)(P>0.05). Conclusions The increasing of serum IAP in SLE patients is related to infection. It have nothing to do with activity of SLE. The examination of serum IAP is helpful for the diagnosis of infection and activity of SLE.
