一次性超大面积次全削痂在儿童大面积烧伤治疗中的应用

为探讨早期一次性超大面积次全削痂对防治儿童全身炎症反应综合征 (SIRS)的作用 ,临床观察 12例 2～ 6岁烧伤患儿在削痂术前、术后各项指标的变化。结果表明 :术后各项指征明显改善 ,SIRS发生率显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。认为休克期病情不稳定 ,一次性超大面积次全削痂是防治小儿SIRS最有效的办法之一 ,术后效果良好 ,在中、小医院内可以实施

A one-time superextensive subtotal removal of eschar in the treatment of superextensive burns in children

In order to investigate the one-time superextensive subtotal removal of eschar in the prevention of children with systemic inflammatory reaction syndrome (SIRS), the changes of each index before and after removal of eschar were clinically observed in 12 cases (aged 2～6 years old). Results showed that each index had been obviously improved after operation, the incidence of SIRS lowered significantly (P<0.01). It could be concluded that the disease condition during shock stage was unstable, and the one-time superextensive subtotal removal of eschar is one of the most effective way to prevent children with SIRS, and the operative efficacy is better, and it could be recommended at the middle and small hospitals.
