| 摘 要： | 目的通过检测恶性肿瘤患者及比较其化疗前后血清TSGF水平,探讨TSGF 在恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值及与化疗疗效的关系.方法用TSGF试剂盒,以生化比色定量法测定血清TSGF值.结果恶性肿瘤患者血清TSGF水平较正常对照明显增高,且与恶性肿瘤诊断和化疗疗效密切相关.结论 TSGF值可作为诊断恶性肿瘤的重要标记物,并可评定化疗疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between the serum TSGF and the chemoresponse in patients with malignant tumor before and after treatment.Methods TSGF was determined by biochemical colorimetry using TSGF reagent knit in 58 patients with pathologically confirmed malignancies and 40 normal controls.Results The serum TSGF levels in malignant tumor patients were significantly higher than those of normal controls,and it was closely related to diagnosis and chemotherapy response of malignant tumor.Conclusion The serum TSGF can be used as a useful marker for diagnosing malignant tumor,which may serve as a standard to appraise the chemoresponse. |
