| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨应用可脱性球囊栓塞治疗外伤性颈内动脉－海绵窦瘘（ＴＣＣＦ）的效果。②方法 １０ 例ＴＣＣＦ病人常规行脑血管造影检查明确诊断，用可脱性球囊导管闭塞瘘口。③结果 １次栓塞成功８ 例，２ 次栓塞成功１例，１例栓塞失败后行颈内动脉结扎治疗。④结论 可脱性球囊栓塞治疗ＴＣＣＦ是一种较可靠的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective\ To study the therapeutic effect of detachable balloon therapy in the treatment of traumatic carotid cavernous fistula (TCCF).\ Methods\ 10 patients with TCCF were performed neurovascular angiography to confirm diagnosis. The patients were treated with detachable balloons to embolize the fistulas.\ Results\ 8 patients were cured by one treatment. 1 patient was cured by two times of treatment. 1 patient, after the failure of embolism treatment, was performed ICA ligation. Conclusion\ It is an effective and reliable method to treat TCCF with detachable balloon. |
