宿州市农村中小学生伤害影响因素分析

目的 了解农村中小学生伤害发生的情况及其危险因素，为制定干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法，运用自编调查表对宿州市农村15642名中小学生进行流行病学调查，并对伤害发生的危险因素进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 中小学生伤害的发生率为24.36%，学校类别，学校地址，学生性别，父母职业，日常监护人是伤害发生的影响因素。结论 应根据中小学生伤害特点和危险因素，有针对性地加强中小学生的安全卫生教育，提高学生的自我保健意识。

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Injuries Among Primary and Secondary School Students in Rural Area

Objective To investigate the status and the risk factors of injuries among primary and secondary school students, and to provide evidence for the intervention measures. Methods With a stratified sampling method, a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate injuries among 15 642 primary and secondary school students. Data were analyzed by using multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results The total incidence of injuries among the students was 24.36%. The influencing factors to injuries were type of school, address of school, gender, parents' occupations and guardians. Conclusion Health education should be strengthened to improve students' self-protection consciousness according to the characteristics and the risk factors of the injuries.
