| 摘 要： | 目的：观察大黄在预防有机磷农药中毒并发反跳、中间综合征、多脏器功能障碍综合征方面的应用效果。方法：将86例急性口服有机磷农药重度中毒患者随机分为实验组（胃管内注入大黄）和对照组（胃管内注入甘露醇）各43例。观察两组治疗过程中反跳、中间综合征、多脏器功能障碍综合征的发生情况及治愈人数。结果：实验组反跳、中间综合征、多脏器功能障碍综合征发生人数明显少于对照组（P〈0．05），治愈人数多于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：大黄导泻有利于减少有机磷农药中毒患者反跳、中间综合征、多脏器功能障碍综合征的发生，提高治愈率。
