| 摘 要： | 为观察围手术期持续正压通气治疗（ＣＰＡＰ）对重症阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（ＯＳＡＳ）患者的影响，对１２例重症ＯＳＡＳ进行了围手术期ＣＰＡＰ治疗，对患者治疗前后呼吸紊乱指数（ＡＨＩ）、血压等指标进行观察，所有患者均接受了半导体激光腭咽成形术。经ＣＰＡＰ治疗后１２例患者ＡＨＩ下降，临床症状消失，无手术并发症出现，术前合并高血压的４例经ＣＰＡＰ治疗后血压恢复正常。提示重症ＯＳＡＳ患者围手术期应用ＣＰＡＰ治疗能够提高手术耐受性，减少手术危险性。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the effects of perioperative application of nasal continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) for severe obstructive sleep apnea(OSAS) patients,12 cases of severe OSAS patients were randomly selected and treated with CPAP perioperatively, AHI and other indices were analyzed, all of them were accepted diode laser assisted uvulapalatopharyngoplasty. The results showed that the mean AHI with CPAP treatment were lower than that without CPAP treatment, no complications occurred. The blood pressure of the 4 cases complicated with hypertension recovered to the normal level after 521 days CPAP preoperative treatment. The results concluded that perioperative CPAP application could reduce the operative risks of severe OSAS patients. |
