| 摘 要： | 目的：研究蒙药珊瑚及炮制品的质量控制方法。方法：采用EDTA法测定珊瑚及其炮制品中CaCO3的含量；参照《中国药典》相关方法检查重金属及砷盐。结果：蒙药珊瑚及炮制品的碳酸钙（CaCO3）含量均在80％以上；重金属含量均未超过百万分之二十；砷盐的含量在4PPM以下。结论：本研究为珊瑚及炮制品的质量控制提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study quality control methods of Mongolian Medicine Corallin Rubra and its processed product.Methods:using the method of EDTA to detect the CaCO3 content of Corallin Rubra and its processed products;to inspect heavy metals and arsenic salt referencing to "Chinese Pharmacopoeia"2005 edition(1st)related methods.Results:for Mongolian Medicine Corallin Rubra and its processed products,the concent of CaCO3 were more than 80%;the content of heavy metal were less than million percents of 20;the arsenic content are less than 4 ppm.Conclusion:This study provides the basis for quality control of Mongolian Medicine Corallin Rubra and the processed products. |
