| 摘 要： | 肿瘤生长依赖于新生血管的形成,肿瘤血管生成及侵袭是肿瘤转移的必要条件。血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)是重要的血管生成因子,是肿瘤血管新生的核心和关键因子。VEGF与肿瘤血管生成、生长和转移密切相关,VEGF能增强肿瘤的血管生成能力及侵袭能力。血清VEGF与肺癌患者的病程进展及生存期相关。非小细胞肺癌血清VEGF水平能反映肺癌的转移情况,是一种有用的预后判断指标。 |
