| 摘 要： | 采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）捕获法对６７３例妊娠妇女血清抗巨细胞病毒ＩｇＭ型抗体（ＣＭＶ—ＩｇＭ）进行检测，证实ＣＭＶ活动性感染率为５５／６７３（８．１７％）．活动性感染者尿聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）结果表明尿液ＣＭＶ—ＤＮＡ阳性率４７．５％。鉴于孕妇ＣＭＶ活动性感染时时其子代有一定程度的危害或影响，建议通过检测ＣＭＶ—ＩｇＭ对孕妇ＣＭＶ感染状态进行监测，以采取相应措施。

| Abstract: | he detection of anti-cytomegalovirus)(CMV) IgM of 673 pregnant women byELISA showed that CMV active infection ratewas 8. 17% in this group. The positive rate ofCMV-PCR in urine was 47. 5% in the caseswith CMV active infection. Because CMV ac-tive infection in pregnancy can give infhienceto the fetuses or infants to a certain extant, itis suggested that CMV infection of pregnantwonien should be monitored by detecting anti-CMV IgM in order to take appropriate measures . |
