| Abstract: | A 3-year-old girl with H. Pylori negative duodenal ulcer with hypergastrinemia secondary to chronic renal failure presenting with upper gastrointestinal bleed as the cardinal manifestation is unusual in toddlers and the case is presented for its rarity. |
