| 摘 要： | 目的 测定盐酸环丙氟哌酸制剂的含量。方法 采用差示分光光度法，不经分离直接测定．溶刹为0.1mol／L氢氧化钠溶液厦0．1mol／L盐酸溶液，检测波长为283mm，结果 盐酸环丙氟哌酸的线性范固为3—15μg／ml，回归方程△4=0．06247C＋0.015（r=0．9998），平均回收率为101．0％，RSD为0．42％．结论 差示分光光度法简便、快速、准确，可作为盐酸环丙氟哌酸制剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of ciprofloxaein hydroehloride in the preparation of ciprofloxaein hydroehloride and to the method of quality control. Methods Differential speetrophotometry was applied without prior separation. Results The corresponding recovery rate and the relative standard deviation of eiprofloxaein was 101, 0% ,0.42% respectively. Conclusion This method is quick and accurate. |
