| 摘 要： | 为探讨拉米夫定耐药与HBV基因型和P基因变异的关系,用基因测序的方法分析基因型与YMDD变异,用荧光定量的方法,检测HBVDNA定量,研究结果表明C基因型比其它基因型更易耐药,耐药的问题不仅仅是 YMDD变异,P基因可能诱导其它基因的变异,导致拉米夫定抗病毒治疗的疗效减低。

| Abstract: | To investigate the relationship between drug - fast of lamivudine and HBV genotype and mutations of P gene. Using a gene sequencer to analyze HBV genotype and mutations of YMDD. and a fluorescence quantitative PCR to detect the variation of HBV DNA. Genotype C of HBV may be easier to get a drug - fast than other genotypes, drug - fasts may not be the only issue of mutation of YMDD, the mutation of P gene may induce other genetic mutations and result in inefficacy for treatment with the anti - virus drug lamivudine. |
