采用健康小鼠进行腹腔注射25％酒精,三天后杀死制样,超薄切片,透射电镜观察,结果为:线粒体、粗面内质网、溶酶体、狄氏间隙等均发生异常改变。

An Electron Microscopic Observation of the Effect of Acute Alcoholism on Mouse Hepatic Cells

In acutc ethanol toxity on mouse hepatic cells, the abnormalities of ultrastructure features had been studied. The experimental animals were injected with 25% alcohol into their abdominal cavities for three days. The observation demonstrated that after comsumption of greater amonnt of alcohol, all of their organelles were injured. In the hepatic cells of them, some mitochondria occured to have very tremendous changes, at first the cristae mitochondriales became loose, irregular and vacuolated, then the whole mitochondria disrupted. The rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum in the hepatic cells of the experimental animals usually swelled, broke and degranulized. The lysosomes increased in number and the secondary lysosomes might be seen. The space of Disse in the liver of the experimental animals expanded and its matrix was denser. Especially, in the cytoplasm of the hepatic cells of the experimental animals, we found a very peculiar aggregation of protein filamental bundles. In this paper, the machanism of the abnormalities were discussed.
