重型颅脑损伤预后相关因素分析及护理对策

目的分析重型颅脑损伤病人预后相关因素,提出护理对策。方法对86例重型颅脑损伤的患者,分析其入院时GCS评分及呼吸、瞳孔、肢体运动姿势异常等情况与预后的关系。结果呼吸异常、瞳孔双侧散大、瞳孔大小多变、光反应消失、肢体运动无反应者预后均差;入院时GCS计分越低预后越差。结论加强临床观察,是提高抢救成功率的基础;加强基础护理是提高抢救成功率的途径;积极对并发症的防治是提高抢救成功率的保证。

Prognosis of severe traumatic brain injury-related factors and Nursing

【Objective】To analyze the prognosis of patients with severe head injury-related factors on health care measures.【Methods】86 patients with severe traumatic brain injury patients to analyze their admission GCS score and respiration,pupil,limb movements and abnormal posture situation and prognosis of.【Results】The results of respiratory disorder,pupil bilateral scattered large,ever-changing pupil size,light reaction disappeared,no response limb movements were poor prognosis;admission GCS scoring lower the worse the prognosis.【Conclusions】intensify clinical observation,the foundation is to improve the success rate of rescue;strengthening of primary health care is to improve the success rate of rescue means;actively on the prevention of complications is to improve the success rate of rescue guarantee.
