| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用游离皮瓣移植修复颈胸部放射性溃疡的治疗效果。方法手术彻底清除溃疡周围坏死组织,应用游离皮瓣移植颈部及胸部放射性溃疡19例,包括背阔肌皮瓣12例,股前外侧皮瓣7例,修复颈部溃疡9例,胸部溃疡10例。结果皮瓣完全成活,溃疡愈合,术后随访3年,未见溃疡复发,皮瓣存活良好。结论应用游离皮瓣移植修复创面可以有效治疗颈胸部放射性溃疡。

| Abstract: | 【Objective】To study the effect of free skin flap repair the radiation ulcer on Neck chest.【Methods】 Abrate the dead tissue by surgical resection,nineteen patients were repaired the radiation ulcer on Neck chest by free skin flap,including 12 free latissimus dorsi muscle-skin flaps,7 free anterolateral femoral skin flaps.【Results】All the raw surface of the radiation ulcer were repaired successfully.All the patients were followed up for 3-5 years,no Ulcer recurrence.【Conclusion】free skin flap could repair the radiation ulcer on Neck chest effectively. |
