文拉法辛对糖尿病周围神经病神经痛的疗效观察

目的评价文拉法辛治疗糖尿病周围神经病神经痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法将45例糖尿病神经病变性疼痛患者随机分为两组,分别口服文拉法辛和对照组,进行随机、双盲对照研究,疗程21天。采用0～1O数字强度分级法对疼痛的疗效进行评估,取治疗前后的差值作为疼痛的改善值。结果 (1)文拉法辛对糖尿病周围神经病神经痛的缓解明显有效(P0.05)。(2)文拉法辛对糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)水平的影响不显著(P0.05)。结论文拉法辛治疗糖尿病周围神经病神经痛是安全有效的。

The efficacy of Venlafaxine in neuropathic pain of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

【Objective】To access the efficacy and safety of venlafaxine in the treatment of diabetic neuropathic pain.【Methods】45 patients were randomized into two groups,receiving venlafaxine capsules and carbamazepinetablets respectively for 21 days.0-10 Numeric Pain Intensity Scale is using to assess the efficacy of pain.Check the difference before and after treatment as the improvement of pain.【Results】（1） Venlafaxine is effective for diabetic neuropathic pain.（2） Venlafaxine for glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1C） level is not significant.【Conclusion】The results suggest that venlafaxine is safe and effective for treatment of patients with diabetic neuropathic pain.
