鼻腔冲洗配合表皮生长因子治疗萎缩性鼻炎56例体会

目的探讨鼻腔冲洗配合表皮生长因子治疗萎缩性鼻炎治疗效果。方法对2009年1月至2010年4月在我科就诊的56例萎缩性鼻炎患者随机分成2组,鼻腔冲洗配合表皮生长因子治疗萎缩性鼻炎组为治疗组,传统治疗组为对照组。对临床资料,进行总结,分析有效率和治愈率。结果鼻腔冲洗配合表皮生长因子治疗萎缩性鼻炎有效率100%,治愈率69.6%,对照组有显著差异。结论鼻腔冲洗配合表皮生长因子治疗萎缩性鼻炎有更高的有效率。

Treatment Analyse on 46 Cases with nosal cavity rinse and using epidermal growth factor on Atrophic rhinitis

【Objective】The therapeutic result of Atrophic rhinitis with nosal cavity rinse and using epidermal growth factor were analyzed.【Methods】56 patients from January 2009 to April 2010 were divided random into two group,the team of therapy and the team of antitheses.The cases in therapy group were treated through nosal cavity rinse and using epidermal growth factor.The cases in comparison group were using traditional ways.The clinical datum were analyzed retrospectively.Efficient rate and ratio of cure were analyzed.【Results】Through nosal cavity rinse and using epidermal growth factor,the efficient rate was 100.The ratio of cure was 69.6（16 /23）.Through nosal cavity rinse and using epidermal growth factor to treat Atrophic rhinitis has distinct difference to team of antitheses.【Conclusions】Through nosal cavity rinse and using epidermal growth factor to treat Atrophic rhinitis has the advantages of higher efficient rate.
