| 摘 要： | 目的探讨我院2型糖尿病空腹血糖、血脂紊乱、体重指数与脂肪肝的关系。方法对2型糖尿病并脂肪肝患者进行空腹血糖、血脂水平及身高、体重的测定,计算体重指数,并以2型糖尿病无脂肪肝患者作对照。结果 2型糖尿病并脂肪肝与无脂肪肝组相比BMI、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、空腹血糖均升高（P〈0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病患者合并脂肪肝与血脂代谢紊乱、血糖偏高及肥胖等有关。

| Abstract: | 【Objective】To analyse the factors related to fatty liver in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.【Methods】Compared the serum concentrations of FBS,TG,TC,HDL,LDL and BMI in 156 type 2 diabetic patients with and 156 without fatty liver.【Results】Patients with fay liver show higher concentrations of BMI,TG,LDL,FBS.（P〈0.05）.【Conclusions】The fatty liver in T2DM is significantly associated with dyslipidemia、high BS and obesity. |
