声诺维子宫输卵管超声造影的临床意义

目的探讨声诺维(Sono Vue)子宫输卵管超声造影的临床意义。方法对30例不孕症患者行声诺维子宫输卵管造影,在超声下观察造影剂通过宫腔及输卵管时的流动情况及进入盆腔后的分布情况,从而判断输卵管是否通畅及有无粘连,并与腹腔镜下通染液实验相对照。结果观察30例子宫输卵管超声造影与腹腔镜下通染液对比,敏感性为96.1%,特异性为93.3%,准确率为94.6%。结论声诺维子宫输卵管超声造影是一种简单、安全、无创的检查方法,具有潜在的临床应用前景。

SonoVue hysterosalpingography the clinical significance of the ultrasound contrast

Objective To assess the he diagnostic walue of Sono Vue in hysterosalpingo-contrast-sonography（ HyCo- Sy）. Methods Applied on infertility, Sono Vue HyCoSy is, used to observe the flowing condition of contrast medium through uterine cavity and uterine tube, as well as its distribution in the pelvic cavity, so as to judge whether the uterine tube is obstruc- ted or not. At last, compare these results with the result obtained with chromolaporoseopy. Results Observe the comparison of 30 patients between HyCoSy and chromolaporoseopy, finding that coincidence, sensitivity is 96. 1%, specificity arrives at 93. 3% and rate is 94.6%. Conclusion Sono Vue HyCoSy is a simple, safe and non - invasive inspecting method with broad prospects in clinical application.
