草酸艾司西酞普兰与文拉法辛治疗老年抑郁症的疗效及不良反应比较

目的比较抗抑郁药草酸艾司西酞普兰与文拉法辛治疗老年抑郁症的疗效及不良反应。方法将64例老年抑郁症患者随机分为A组和B组各32例,A组予以草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,B组予以文拉法辛治疗,疗程均为8周。2组治疗前和治疗后第2、4、6、8周末分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果 2组临床疗效和HAMD评分变化比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组不良反应均较少,但A组较B组更少。结论草酸艾司西酞普兰对老年抑郁症疗效显著,不良反应少,安全有效,患者依从性更好。

Effect and of adverse reactions compare of escitalopram oxalate and venlafaxine in the treatment of senile depression

Objective To compare the effect and adverse reactions of Escitalopram Oxatate and Venlafaxine in the treatment of senile depression. Methods 64 cases of old patients with depression were randomly divided into group A and group B, each of 32 cases. The group A was treated with escitalopram Oxalate,while the group B was treated with venlafaxine. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and the TESS were used to assess the effect and side effect before and 2,4,6,8 weeks after treatment. Results The efficacy and HAMD score of 2 groups were similar , there was no statistical difference between the 2 groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. The adverse reaction of group A was lighter than that of the group B, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It is quite effective to cure the senile depression with escitalopram oxalate. And the side effect of escitalopram oxalate was lighter than venlafaxine. The patients of group A may have better compliance.
