无环鸟苷联合膦甲酸钠治疗带状疱疹的临床观察

目的观察无环鸟苷联合膦甲酸钠治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将120例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组65例和对照组55例。对照组仅予以无环鸟苷、维生素B1、甲钴胺口服治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用膦甲酸钠注射液静脉滴注治疗。观察2组水疱停止发生、疱疹干燥结痂、疼痛变化时间,及后遗神经痛的发生率。同时观察药物不良反应。结果治疗组止疱、结痂、止痛时间明显短于对照组,且后遗神经痛发生率为3.08%,低于对照组的12.73%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为4.62%(3/65),对照组为3.64%(2/55),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无环鸟苷联合膦甲酸钠治疗带状疱疹是一种有效、安全的方法。

Clinical observation of acyclovir combined with foscarnet sodium in the treatment of herpes zoster

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acyclovir combined with foscarnet sodium in the treatment of Herpes Zoster. Methods 120 cases of patients with herpes zoster were divided into treatment group （65 cases） and control group （55 cases）. The control group was treated with acyclovir, Vitamin B1 and methylcobalamin, while the treatment group was added with foscarnet sodium injection on the basis of the control group. The stop time of blister occurrence, dry and scabby time, pain change time, incidence of postherpetic neuralgia （PHN） and adverse reaction of 2 groups were observed. Results The stop time of blister occurrence, dry and scabby time, pain change time of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group ; the incidence of PHN of the treatment group （3.08 % ） was lower than that of the control group （ 12.73 % ）, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reaction of the treatment group was 4.62% （3/65）, which was 3.64% （2/55） in the control group, and the difference was no statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Acyclovir combined with foscarnet sodium is an effective and secure way in the treatment of herpes zoster.
