糖尿病视网膜病变患者血浆Hcy、CEC和ET水平的检测分析

目的:分析糖尿病视网膜病变患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、外周血循环内皮细胞(CEC)和血浆内皮素(ET)水平及其相互关系。方法:将80例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者分为2组:无糖尿病视网膜病变(NDR)组50例,糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)组30例,以我院健康体检正常者30例为对照(NC)组。分别测定Hcy、CEC、ET水平。结果:T2DM患者Hcy、CEC和ET水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);DR组Hcy、CEC、ET明显高于NDR组(P<0.01)。DR组血浆CEC计数和ET浓度呈正相关(r=0.839,P<0.05),Hcy浓度与CEC计数呈正相关(r=0.615,P<0.05),Hcy与ET浓度亦呈正相关(r=0.642,P<0.05)。结论:T2DM患者血浆Hcy、CEC、ET水平升高与DR有密切关系,血浆Hcy升高及内皮损伤可能在糖尿病患者视网膜病变的发生和发展中起重要作用。

Analysis of Blood Homocysteine, Circulating Endothelial Cells and Endothelin Concentrates in Diabetic Retinopathy Patients

Objective: To measure the concentrates of blood homocysteine(Hcy), circulating endothelial cells (CEC) and Endothelin(ET) in diabetic retinopathy(DR) patients, and analysis the relationship among them.Method: 80 type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients, including 50 nodiabetic retinopathy(NDR group) and 30 diabetic retinopathy(DR group) were selected to compare with 30 normal controls, and the concentration of Hcy, CEC and ET were tested.Results: The level of Hcy, CEC and ET in T2DM group are distinctly higher than those of control group(P<0.01), furthermore, the level of these factors in DR group are also higher than in NDR group(P<0.01). Blood CEC level positively relate with ET(r=0.839, P<0.05), the same relationship lies in Hcy and CEC(r=0.615, P<0.05) and ET(r=0.642, P<0.05). Conclusion: Highed blood Hcy, CEC and ET level of T2DM patients are tightly related with DR. Higher level of Hcy and damaged vascular endodermis cell may play an important role in the generatation and development of DR.
