外伤性腹部多脏器损伤的早期诊断与治疗

目的总结外伤性腹部内脏伤的临床特点，探讨如何提高其早期诊断率。方法总结分析我院收治的110例腹部外伤病例的临床资料。本组手术治疗80例，保守治疗30例。结果手术治疗80例，痊愈76例，3例发生并发症，死亡4例（术中死亡2例）；保守治疗30例，痊愈28例，死亡2例。结论严重的伤情和治疗的延误是导致其死亡的两大主要因素。外科治疗仍是治疗外伤性腹部内脏伤的主要措施；保守治疗应严格掌握适应证。

Abdominal Trauma of Multiple Organ Injury in the Early Diagnosis and Treatment

Objective To investigate the clinical features of abdominal trauma and the way to improve the rate of early diagnosis. Methods Clinical data of 110 cases with abdominal trauma of multiple organ injury hospitalized in our hospital were analysed. Among them, 80 cases were treated by surgery（group I ）, and 30 cases were treated conservatively（group Ⅱ ）. Results In group I ,76 cases recovered,different complications occured in 3 cases, and 4 cases died. In group Ⅱ, 2 cases died. Conclusion Severe trauma any the delay of treatment are the main cause of the death. For abdominal traumas,the surgery is still the reasonable treatment. Certain indications are most important thing to be considered for conservative treatment.
