慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血浆C型钠尿肽和肾上腺髓质素的变化

目的　探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)患者C型钠尿肽 (CNP)和肾上腺髓质素 (ADM )的变化及其意义。方法　用放射免疫法分别测定 2 8例COPD稳定期患者、31例急性加重期患者及 30名健康体检者的CNP及ADM水平。结果　急性加重期患者和稳定期患者的CNP和ADM的水平明显高于对照组 ,急性加重期患者的CNP、ADM水平高于稳定期患者。结论　CNP及ADM在COPD疾病的发生发展过程中起着代偿保护作用。

Changes of plasma C-type-natriuretic peptide and adrenomedullin in patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To study the changes and significance of C-type-natriuretic peptide (CNP) and adrenomedullin (ADM) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods The plasma levels of CNP and ADM in 28 cases in stable stage and 31 cases in exacerbated stage of COPD patient and 30 controls were determined with radioimmunoassay. Results The plasma levels of CNP and ADM in both groups of patient were significantly higher than control groups. The plasma levels of CNP and ADM in exacerbated patients were higher than those in stable patients. Conclusions CNP and ADM play an important role in the compensation of COPD.
