镉毒性作用机制及临床防治进展

摘    要:镉污染是一个严重危害人类健康的全球性环境问题,采矿、冶金、镍镉电池和颜料制造等是导致职业和环境镉污染的主要因素。在分子水平,镉中毒机制尚未完全阐明,镉中毒的治疗也是一项世界性难题。本文总结了近年来关于镉污染对机体健康影响的相关研究,就镉对机体健康的影响、近年来的生物标志物、镉中毒易感人群的筛选及临床治疗进展进行简要概述。

Abstract:Cadmium pollution is a global environmental problem which is seriously harmful to human health. Occupational and environmental pollution with cadmium results mainly from mining, metallurgy industry and manufactures of nickel - cadmium batteries, pigments and plastic stabilizers. At the cellular level, the mechanism of cadmium poisoning is not well understood and the treatment is also a world wide difficult problem. This paper gives a overview of cadmium poisoning in the research of biological markers, the screening technique of susceptible population and the progress of clinical therapy.
