| 摘 要： | 本文报告了运动损伤所致踝关节骨折,脱位及合并下胫腓分离48例的治疗结果,重点对运动员下胫腓关节分离的处理原则,治疗方法及创伤性骨关节炎的防治进行了分析探讨,同时阐述了踝关节骨折、脱位的治疗原则。针对运动员对踝关节稳定性要求较高的特点,建议运动员不稳定踝关节骨折,合并严重的韧带断裂及下胫腓分离应尽早手术,切开复位内固定治疗。

| Abstract: | Fourty-eight cases of fracture and dislocation of ankle joint and separationof distal tibiofibular joint were treated. Our investigation and discussionfocused on the principles and methods of treatment of the separation of dis-tal tibiofibular joint and the prevention of traumatic osteoarthritis while theprinciples of treatment of fracture and dislocation of ankle joint were ex-pounded. Considering that sportsmen require better stability of ankle joint thanordinary men, we suggest that the sportsmen's unstable fractures of anklejoint, fractures combined with serious rupture of ligament or separation ofdistal tibiofibular joint should be treated by surgery with interfixation. |
