黄芫花和桐油提取物促癌作用的实验研究

摘    要:本文对黄芫花提取物和桐油提取物在甲基胆蒽诱发小鼠宫颈癌过程中的促癌作用进行了研究,结果表明甲基胆蒽加这两种提取物的癌发率分别为82.8%和84.4%,其中晚期浸润癌分别占87.5%和78.5%,较甲基胆蒽组的癌发率56.5%和晚期浸润癌百分比30.7%高(P<0.05)。证明黄芫花提取物和桐油提取物属于促癌物。

Abstract:An experiment study with mice is made of the enhancing effects of Foliumet Flos Wikstroemia chamaedaphnis(WC)and Tung oil(HHPA)on the development of cervical cancer induced by methylcholanthrene (MCA). The results showed that the inducing cancer percentages of these two kinds of extracts were 82.8% and 84.4% and the later stage invasive cancer percentages were 87.5% and 78.5% respectively. But the cancer percentages of the control group (MCA) and its later stage invasive cancer was 56.5% and 30.7% respectrvely. In comparison of the WC and Tung oil extracts with MCA groups and the control group, there was an obvious difference. The experimental data indicated that these two kinds of extracts are promoters in carcinogenesis.
