食管癌及癌前病变食管粘膜中端粒酶活性的检测及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨食管癌及癌前病变食管粘膜中端粒酶的表达及临床意义.方法采用端粒末端重复序列扩增技术(TRAP)检测44例食管癌组织,31例不典型增生,15例正常食管粘膜组织中端粒酶活性.结果44例食管癌组织中,35例端粒酶呈阳性表达,阳性率为79.54%.31例不典型增生组织中,18例端粒酶呈阳性表达,阳性率为58.1%.15例正常食管粘膜组织中,仅有4例端粒酶呈阳性表达,阳性率为26.67%.统计学分析,3组比较端粒酶阳性表达有显著性差异(P<0.05).食管癌组织中端粒酶表达与浸润深度、大体类型、组织分化程度及淋巴结转移均无关.结论端粒酶的激活在食管癌的发生发展中起着重要作用,检测端粒酶活性对预测食管癌的发生和早期诊断有重要价值.

Detection of Telomerase Activity in Esophageal Carcinoma Tissue and Precancerous Lesions

Abstract:Objective: To detect the telomerase activity in human esophageal carcinoma and precancerous leisions tissues, further more, to explor the relationship between telomerase activity and clinical pathologic factors of the esophageal carcinoma. Methods: Telomerase activity in specimens from 44 patients with esophageal carcinoma, 31patients with dysplasis tissue and 15patents of normal esophageal tissue were measured by TRAP. Results: It was found that telomerase activity was positive in 35 of 44 esophageal tissues (79.54%), in 18 of 31 dysplasis tissue specimens (58.10%) and in 4 of 15 normal esophageal tissues (26.67%). There were statistically significant difference between esophageal carcinoma, dysplasis tissue and normal esophageal tissue. No significant correlation was found between telomerase activity and the depth of infiltration or differentiated grade of tumor and lymph nodes metastasis. Conclusion: The presence of telomerase activity may play an important role in esophageal carcinogenesis. Telomerase activity might be a good marker in estimating the occurrence and progression of esophageal carcinoma.
