| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胸腺瘤的CT表现及其临床应用价值.方法:对57例经手术及病理证实的胸腺瘤病人行常规CT检查,并对其CT表现进行分析.结果:51例(89.5%)病灶发生在前上和(或)前中纵隔;肿瘤心脏大血管接触面(MCI)表现为凸出型者12例,全部为良性胸腺瘤;MCI表现为灌铸型者21例,全部为恶性胸腺瘤,无法完全手术切除.结论:胸腺瘤的CT表现具有特征性,可为其临床诊断和治疗提供可靠依据.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the CT features of thymoma and its value in clinical application. Methods:Fifty-seven cases of thymoma proved by surgery and pathology were examined with conventional CT,then the CT features were analysed. Results:Of all 57 cases, 51(89.5%) were located in the anterior upper and (or) anterior middle mediastinum. There were 12 cases of thymoma with MCI of convex type, all were benign,and 21 with MCI of cast type, which were all malignant and can not be resected totally. Conclusion:CT features of thymoma are specific and play an important role in clinical application. |
