112例严重胸部创伤合并多发伤的救治

目的 总结对严重胸部创伤合并多发伤的救治经验,进一步提高临床诊断正确率及治愈率,降低误诊率及死亡率,防止并发症的发生。方法 对112例病人的诊断、治疗、疗效、诊断正确率、误诊率进行分析。结果 112例病人中101例治愈,治愈率为90.18％;11例死亡,死亡率为9.82％;9例误诊,误诊率为8.04％。结论 严重胸部创伤合并多发伤时病情严重,病理生理变化急剧、复杂,死亡率高,如能给予及时、正确的诊断,有效、全面的早期处理,可明显降低误诊率及死亡率,提高治愈率。

Treatment for 112 Cases Severe Chest Trauma with Multiple Injuries

Objective To summerize the treatment of chest trauma with multiple injuries, enhance the correct rate of clinical diagnosis and cure,reduce misdiagnosis rate and mortality and avoid complications. Methods Analyze the diagnosis,treatment method,curative effect,the correct rate of diagnosis,mis-diagnosis rate and mortality of 112 patients. Results Of 112 patients, 101 cases were cured,cure rate was 90. 18%,11 patients dead,mortality was 9. 82%,9 patients were misdiagnosis,misdiagnosis rate was 8. 04 %. Conclusion Severe chest trauma accompanying multiple injuries result in worse condition in patients. Physiopathology are changed rapidly and complicated. The mortality is high. It can distinctly reduce the misdiagnosis and mortality,enhance cure rate if diagnosis is timely and correct,treatment is completed and effective.
