创伤性浮动胸壁120例治疗分析

目的 总结创伤性浮动胸壁的治疗方法和疗效。方法 10年中共收治创伤性浮动胸壁病人 120例(3根或3处以上),采用胸带包扎限制胸壁活动,以减轻疼痛,结合抗炎及排痰,对严重肺挫伤至低氧血症或急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)者应用呼吸机治疗。结果 120例病人,男性98例、女性22例,治愈113例,应用呼吸机21例,死亡7例,死亡率为5.8％。结论 胸带固定可减轻浮动胸壁活动、摩擦引起的疼痛,抗炎、排痰、呼吸机治疗,可明显提高创伤性浮动胸壁的治愈率。

Surgery Treatment of the Traumatic Flail Chest Wall on 120 Patients

Objective To report the therapy method and result of the traumatic flail chest wall. Methods From January, 1991 to August, 2001,the treatment of the traumatic flail chest wall on 120 patients for ten years,use chest bands to fixate the flailed wall to relieve pains evacuate sputum use resporator to cure the severe pulmonary contusion or ARDS. Result 120 patients 98 males,22 females,113 patients were cured,therapy of respirator on 21 patients and 7 patients were died in total repair with a hospital mortality rate of 5. 8%. Conclusion Chest bands fixate the flail chest wall may relieve pain of chest wall and evacuate sputum, using therapy of respirator could increased curate rate of the traumatic flail chest wall.
