| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Bcl-2、PCNA与卵巢上皮性肿瘤发生、发展的关系。方法：采用免疫组化S-P法，检测正常卵巢、卵巢上皮性肿瘤中Bcl-2、PCNa的表达情况。结果：BCl-2、PCNA在正常卵巢、卵巢良性、交界性、恶性肿瘤中的表达依次增强，差异显著。Bcl-2在卵巢恶性肿瘤的表达，随组织学分级的增高而增强．与临床分期、组织类型无关；PCNA在卵巢恶性肿瘤中的表达，随组织学分级、临床分期的增高而增强，与组织类型无关；BCl-2、PCNA在卵巢恶性肿瘤中的表达无相关性。结论：原癌基因Bcl-2在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的发生、发展中起一定的作用，但其作用与肿瘤细胞增殖无关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the relationship between expression of Bcl - 2, PCNA and pathologicmechanism of epithelial ovarian tumours. Metheds: SP method of immunohistochemistry was used to examinethe expression of Bcl-2, PCNA in normal ovarian tissues and epithelial ovarian tumours. Results: Bcl - 2, Pc-NA expression significantly increased according to benign,borderline and malignant tumours in sequence. Bcl2 expression increased according to the histologic grading in malignant ovarian tumours, but it was not associatedwith FIGO stage and histopathological type. PCNA expression increased according to the histologic grading andFIGO stage in malignant overian tumours,but it was not associated with histopathological type. These was nocorrelation between Bcl - 2 and PCNA expression in epithelial ovarian tumours. Conclusion: The occurrance ofepithelial ovarian tumours was related to Bcl-2 oncogene,but Bcl-2 was not related to tumour cell proliferation. |
