解剖钢板内固定治疗浮膝损伤的临床观察

目的:探讨解剖钢板内固定治疗浮膝损伤的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析90例浮膝损伤患者的临床资料,采用解剖钢板内固定治疗浮膝损伤。结果:90例浮膝损伤患者复位后1年肢体缩短情况和膝关节伸、屈角度均明显优于复位后(P<0.05),对浮膝损伤功能恢复情况进行评价,优34例(37.8%)、良40例(44.4%)、可12例(13.3%)、差4例(4.4%),优良率82.2%。结论:解剖钢板内固定治疗浮膝损伤的疗效良好,值得推广应用。

Clinical detection of floating knee injury treated by anatomy nickelclad internal fixation

Objective To approach the clinical curative effect of floating knee injury treated by anatomy nickelclad internal fixation. Method The clinical data of 90 cases with floating knee injury treated by anatomy nickelclad internal fixation were retrospective analyzed. Results The limbs decurtation,knee joint extending and flection degree of 1 year after position were better than just after position（ P 0. 05）. The evaluation of function recovery in floating knee injury：excellent in 34 cases（ 37. 8% ） ,good in 40 cases（ 44. 4% ） ,fair in 12 cases（ 13. 3% ） ,bad in 4 cases（ 4. 4% ） ,and the excellent and good rate was 82. 2%. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of floating knee injury treated by anatomy nickelclad internal fixation is good,and worthy of be generalized.
