姜蒜片对高脂大鼠血脂水平的影响

摘    要:目的研究姜蒜片对高脂饲料饲养大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法将大鼠按基础血清总胆固醇水平随机分为4组:高脂对照组、低、中、高剂量实验组。实验期间,所有大鼠均饲以高脂饲料,低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃给予0.11、0.22、0.66g/kg.bw剂量的姜蒜片,对照组以蒸馏水灌胃,灌胃量1ml/100g.bw,连续30d后,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。结果0.11g/kg.bw剂量可显著降低大鼠血清TC、TG水平(P<0.05);各剂量对大鼠血清HDL-C水平无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论姜蒜片具有一定的调节血脂作用。

Abstract:Objective To test the effect of Jiangsuan tables on serum lipids in rats fed with high fat diet.Methods The rats were assigned into four groups,the high-fat diet control group,and low,middle and high dose experimental groups.The rats in the three different dose groups were administered with wolfberry capsules prepared with plant oil through gastric feeding at doses of 0.11,0.22 and 0.66 g/kg.bw respectively;and the control group received only distilled water.Thirty days thereafter,serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were assessed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the 0.11 g/kg.bw dose groups had significantly reduced serum TC and TG(P<0.05),while the other dose groups showed no obvious effect on HDL-C level(P>0.05).Conclusion Jiangsuan tables have a certain regulation action on blood-fat.
