| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期类风湿关节炎患者中抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体（抗CCP抗体）与关节破坏程度的相关性。方法观察64例CCP阳性与58例CCP阴性的早期类风湿关节炎患者双手X线变化,分别于就诊1年后、2年后行双手X检查,比较两组间的差异。结果抗CCP阳性者与阴性组的X线在初诊及随诊后1年比较差异无统计学意义,随诊2年后两组的X线分期变化比较差异统计学意义。结论抗CCP抗体与X线提示的RA骨破坏有相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the degree of correlation of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibod- ies （anti-CCP） and joint damage of patients with early rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Observed the change ofhand with X-ray of 64 cases of CCP-positive and 58 cases of CCP-negative patients with early rheumatoid arthri- tis, and compared the differences between the two groups after treatment in one year and two years respectively. Results The difference of the two groups was not statistically significant in the initial and one year later, but the difference was statistically significant with Follow-up after 2 years. Conclusion Anti-CCP antibodies and bone destruction in RA with X-ray prompted had correlation. |
