双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散对小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的治疗作用观察

摘    要:目的观察双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法选择2010年8月至2012年12月在本院住院的162例诊断为轮状病毒性肠炎患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组92例,对照组70例,两组患儿均给予合理补液纠正水电解质紊乱、利巴韦林抗病毒,及进食指导等基础治疗,观察组在此基础上加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片、蒙脱石散,治疗期间观察两组患儿大便次数、性状、有无呕吐及脱水情况,以及有无不良反应。结果观察组总有效率90.22%,对照组为74.29%,χ2=7.26,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义,且未发现明显不良反应。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散对轮状病毒性肠炎有较好的治疗作用,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

The effect observation of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets and Montmorillonite powder in treat-ment of infantile Rotavirus Enteritis

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Bifidobacterium Tetravaecine Tablets and Montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile Rotavirus Enteritis. Methods One hundred and sixty-two children with rota- virus enteritis were divided into observation group (92 eases) and control group (70 eases). Reasonable fluid therapy, antiviral therapy and dietary guidance were used for both groups, observation group based on the use of Bifidobacterium Tetravaeeine Tablets and Montmorillonite powder, the two groups were observed of ehange of stool, vomiting and dehydration and have no adverse reaction during the treatment. Results The total efficiency of observation were 90. 22%, respectively, that of the control group were 74. 29%, the total efficiency of the obser- vation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differenee was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05) ,And not found obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion Bifidobaeterium Tetravaccine Tablets and Montmo- rillonite powder has exact clinical efficiency in the treatment of Rotavirus Enteritis and no obvious reaction.
