| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合治疗癫痫的临床效果。方法 88例癫痫患者分为实验组和对照组,两者均服用卡马西平、苯妥英钠、丙戊酸钠、氯硝安定,实验组辅以中药。结果实验组和对照组总有效率依次为95.35%和84.09%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西药结合治疗癫痫效果好,并能减少或克服西药引起的不良反应。建议临床进一步推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of integrated Chinese traditional and western medicine in treatment of patients with epilepsy. Methods Eighty eight patients with epilepsy were divided into the experiment and control group, both of them were treated with western medicine, phenytoin sodium, sodium valproate, clonazepam, but the integrated Chinese traditional were added in the experiment group. Results The total effective rates were 95.35% in the experiment group and 84. 09% in the control group with significant difference（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Integrated Chinese traditional and western medicine has good effects on epilepsy and could reduce or overcome the adverse reactions caused by western medicine, which should be sug- gested in clinical experiences. |
