| 摘 要： | 目的探讨生血起废汤加味治疗中风后遗症患者的疗效。方法 90例中风后遗症患者,分成对照组和观察组。对照组：给予血塞通注射液治疗。观察组：在对照组用药方式的基础上,给予生血起废汤加味治疗。结果观察组总有效率91.11%高于对照组75.56%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论生血起废汤加味治疗中风后遗症患者疗效佳。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Shengxieqifei soup plus drug treatment of se- quelae of apoplexy. Methods 90 cases of sequelae of stroke patients, divided into the observation group and the control group. Control group： given Xuesaitong Injection in the treatment of. The observation group： the control group therapy plus Shengxieqifei soup plus drug treatment. Results The observation group the total ef- fective rate was 91.11% higher than 75.56% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shengxieqifei soup plus drug treating sequela of apoplexy patients, good curative effect. |
