| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药方剂联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,选取在本院就诊的原发性肝癌患者141例,将其分为两组,一组（对照组65例）,单纯采用TACE（肝动脉栓塞化疗术）治疗,一组（观察组76例）在采用TACE治疗的同时,采用中药联合介入治疗。结果观察组总有效率为15.79%,好转率为28.95%;对照组总有效率为7.69%,好转率为15.38%,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论中西医结合治疗原发性肝癌的有效率较高,是综合治疗原发性肝癌的一种有效手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine formulae combined with TACE for PI-IC. Methods To retrospective analyze the clinical data of PHC patients in our hospital, which was to be di- vided into detection and control group. There were 65 patients in control group and there were 76 patients in de- tection group. The patients in detection group treated with Chinese medicine formulae combined with TACE and in control group with TACE only. Results The total effective rate in detection was 15.79% and the recovery rate was 28. 95%. The total effective rate in control group was 7.69% and the recovery rate was 15.38. There were differences （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The combined treatment is effective for PHC. It is a method with high efficiency. |
