过敏性哮喘患者脱敏治疗前后外周血IL-4、IL-5活性和IgE的变化

摘    要:目的 观察过敏性哮喘患者脱敏治疗前后外周血IL 4、IL 5活性和IgE的变化。 方法 应用ELISA法分别测定发作期及缓解期过敏性哮喘患者脱敏治疗前后外周血IL 4、IL 5活性及IgE ;以肺功能仪测定FEV1%和PEFR以观察肺功能的变化。结果 ①发作期过敏性哮喘患者外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)培养上清液IL 5活性及IL 4明显高于缓解期过敏性哮喘患者和正常健康者 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;②发作期及缓解期过敏性哮喘患者脱敏治疗前后外周血IL 4及IL 5活性和肺功能 (FEV1、PEFR)有显著性或非常显著性 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;③IgE浓度比治疗前明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,与正常人无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 过敏性哮喘患者脱敏治疗后外周血IL 4、IL 5活性明显降低 ,IgE有一定程度下降 ,提示IL 4、IL 5、IgE在支气管哮喘发病机制上起着重要作用

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the activities of IL-4, IL-5 and the serum IgE level in patients of allergic asthma before and after deallergization treatment. Methods The changes of IL-4,IL-5 , serum IgE and the pulmonary function of allergic asthma of the patients were determined respectively with ELISA during the period of attack and lysis. Results ①The activities of IL-4,IL-5 in allergic asthma patients at the attack stage had a markedly higher level than that in lysis and normal people(P<0.01).②At the stages of attack and lysis, IL-4, IL-5 and pulmonary function (FEV 1, PETR) in allergic asthma patients were different or markedly different (P<0.05, P<0.01) before and after treatment. ③Serum IgE level was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.01) ,with no significant difference from that of normal people (P>0.05). Conclusion The activities of IL-4, IL-5 of the patients with allergic asthma after treatment may decrease significantly and the serum IgE level may decrease to a certain extent. These imply that IL-4, IL-5 and serum IgE play important roles in the mechanism of bronchial asthma.
