| 摘 要： | 经彩色多普勒超声与血管造影确诊的糖尿病合并下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的患者39例，16例行腹主动脉或髂动脉股动脉人工血管移植术；12例行股-腘动脉人工血管或自体大隐静脉移植术；9例行经皮血管腔内成形术＋内支架术，2例单纯行PTA。术后6个月的血管通畅率为89.7％。

| Abstract: | Among 39 patients with diabetic low extremity arterial obstruction, 16 patients were treated with stent-graft replacement on abdominal aorta or iliac-femoral artery, 12 cases with stent-graft in femoral and popliteal artery or autologous greater saphenous vein transplantation. And 11 cases were treated with interventional therapy, in whom 9 cases with percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) and graft, the other 2 with only PTA. The vessel patency rate was 89.7% in six months after therapy. |
