| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路中效应蛋白在人大肠癌、正常大肠组织中的表达及与病理特征的相关性.方法 采用免疫组化方法检测60份大肠癌和20份正常大肠组织中Shh、Ptchl和Glil蛋白的表达,并与临床病理因素进行相关性分析.结果 Shh、Ptchl和Glil蛋白在大肠癌组织中均为高表达,Shh、Ptchl蛋白与Gli1蛋白的表达呈正相关.结论 综合检测Shh、Ptchl和Gli1 蛋白对大肠癌的诊断、治疗及预后有较明显的指导意义.
