摘    要:目的:优选赤芍超声提取的最佳工艺条件.方法:采用正交试验法以芍药苷含量为考察指标,对影响赤芍含量的因素进行研究.结果:优选出赤芍超声提取的最佳工艺条件,重复试验结果满意.结论:试验结果为赤芍利用超声提取积累了数据.

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the best ultrasonic wave extraction process of radix paeoniae rubra. Methods: Using paeoniflorin content as the index, the effects on its contents were studied by orthogonal design method. Results: The optimal ultrasonic wave extraction process is repeatable. Conclusion: The result of the test accumulated data for using ultrasonic wave extraction on radix paeoniae rubra.
