芬太尼和氯胺酮分别用于无痛人流术效果观察

目的 :探讨芬太尼和氯胺酮用于无痛人流手术效果及副作用情况。方法 :芬太尼 0 .0 0 2mg/ kg、氯胺酮 0 .3mg/ kg分别用于人流镇痛各 1 0 0例 ,并设立不用止痛药物的 1 0 0例作为对照组 ,监测镇痛效果、HR、RR、BP、Sp O2 、出血量、副作用等。结果 :芬太尼组人流无痛率达 84%、轻痛率为 1 5% ;氯胺酮组人流无痛率达 76 %、轻痛率为 2 2 %。而对照组 72 %疼痛难忍。两无痛组用药前后 HR、RR、BP、Sp O2 平稳 ,出血量与对照组相比无增加 ,无人流综合征发生。而对照组发生率为 1 3%。结论 :两种药物用于无痛人流术均较理想 ,芬太尼较氯胺酮更为安全

Effect of fentanyl and ketamine on painless induced abortion respectively

Objectives: To study the effect and side effect of fentanyl and ketamine on painless induced abortion. Methods: A total of 200 women undergoing induced abortion were divided into two groups accoding to the painkiller they used. The first group were given fentanyl(0.002 mg/kg), the other ketamine's group were given 0.3 mg/kg of kettamine. Another group of 100 patients who used no painkiller was set as contrl group. The effect, side effect, HR, RR, BP, SpO 2 and fleeding were observed and studied. Results: The analgesia rate in fentanyl's group was 84 percent, lowpain rate reached 15 persent. In ketamine's group analgesia rate reached 72 percent and lowpain rate reached 22 percent, while in control group 72 percent of patients reported that the pain was unbearable. HR, RR, BP, SpO 2 were remain unchanged after painkiller's being used in the first two groups. Fleeding in the first two group was the same as that in the control group. No syndrom appeared during the operation. Conculsion: The two painkillers are effctive in painless induced abortion, with fentanyl being safer than ketamine.
