摘    要:目的 探讨雌性激素雌二醇对女性血脂代谢的影响.方法 比较育龄组、中年组及老年组三组间血清雌二醇、血(四)脂(包括总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)的浓度变化特点.结果 育龄组、中年组及老年组血清总胆固醇浓度分别是:(5.09±0.96) mmol/L、(4.81±1.08) mmol/L、(4.98±0.90) mmol/L 甘油三酯浓度是:(1.10±0.87)mmol/L、(1.05±0.87)mmol/L、(2.19±0.80)mmol/L 高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度是:(1.70±0.35)mmol/L、(1.65±0.41)mmol/L、(1.26±0.41)mmol/L 低密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度是:(2.61±0.54)mmol/L、(2.56±0.80)mmol/L、(2.90±0.81)mmol/L 血清雌二醇浓度是:(46.82±35.75)ng/L、(50.88±39.92)ng/L、(22.35±13.26)ng/L 三组间血清总胆固醇在各组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05) 甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和雌二醇在育龄组与中年组间差异均无显著性(P>0.05) 而老年组与育龄组、中年组间差异均有显著性(P<0.05).结论 老年组血清雌二醇较其余两组低,同时伴甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低 雌性激素雌二醇浓度显著影响血脂代谢.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of estrogen estradiol on lipid metabolism of women.Methods Compare the concentration changes of the serum estradiol and the serum lipid among the reproductive age group, the middle-aged group and the elderly group. Results The total Serum cholesterol concentration among the 3 groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05).The triglyceride concentration be tween the childbearing age group and the middle-aged group showed no significant difference (P>0.05),but the old age group had very significant difference (P<0.01) compare with the other two.The concentration of high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol of the childbearing age group and the middle-aged group had no significant differences(P>0.05), but the old age group show a statisticsmeaningful difference (P< 0.05). Serum estradiol between the childbearing age group and the middle-aged group showed no significant difference (P>0.05), but the old age group's was significantly different (P<0.01).Conclusion The old age group had a lower serum estradiol and HDL-CH than the other two, and had a higher TG and LDL-CH. The serum estradiol concentration can affect the lipid metabolism largely.
