糖尿病周围神经病变60例临床分析

目的分析糖尿病周围神经病变的临床特点。方法回顾性总结分析该院2001-08～2005-1260例糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床资料。结果糖尿病周围神经病变可累及感觉神经、运动神经和自主神经。肌电图呈现神经原性损害,神经传导速度检查示神经传导速度减慢。血液叶酸、Vit B12基本正常。结论糖尿病周围神经病变是一种严重影响患者生活质量的较为常见疾病,早期诊断早期治疗是降低糖尿病周围神经病变病残程度,提高患者生活质量的关键。肌电图及感觉神经传导速度检查能提高临床的诊断率。

Retrospective analysis on the data of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of 60 patients

Objective To explore clinical characteristics of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Method A retrospective study was performed on 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Results Diabetic peripheral neuropathy involved the sensory or motor nervous system,as well as the involuntary(autonomic)nervous system.Electromyography(EMG)showed neurological damage,nerve conduction velocity check presented slowed down nerve conduction velocity(NCV).However the levels of acidum folicum and vitamin B12 in the blood were nearly normal.Conclusion Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is a more common disorder which impacts severely the quality of life of the patient.Early diagnosis and treatment are the key points to decrease the extent of disability secondary to diabetic peripheral neuropathy and improve the quality of life of the patient.Electromyography and nerve conduction velocity check are helpful tools to clinical diagnosis.
